Do you have beginner classes

True pilates practice allows for experienced instructors to make individual adjustments to accommodate for injuries an individual may have. Or to modify an exercise to create extra resistance or assistance to provide extra challenge or support. At Okiani classes are small to allow for indivdual attention and accommodate every level in any class.

Can I buy a pack

I am still in the process of creating this website and will set up the option of payment plans in the future.

How much does it cost

As I am keeping the studio small and intimate at the moment and unable to use topen to the general public due to space constrictions classes are $15 during the introductory period. I will review this in 3 months time.
